- Turn the knob (FIG. 2a-2b-2c, pos. 8) in the counter-clockwise, until
the pressure begins to drop.
- The discharge valve is then set.
For vertical versions proceed as follows:
- Close the two isolation valves (FIG. 2d, pos. 10a and 10b) located
upstream and downstream of the discharge valve, then unscrew
the cap (FIG. 2c, pos. 11) on the pipe.
- Open the isolation valve module - installation.
- Set switch (s) running on pump « MANU » to raise the pressure in
the system.
- Release the switch (es) to the desired opening pressure. To adjust
the drain valve of the boiler.
- Turn back the set of overflow (FIG. 2d, pos. 8) clockwise.
- Open the isolation valve (FIG. 2d, pos. 10a) upstream of the valve.
- Turn the dial to set the discharge valve (FIG. 2d, pos. 8) in the
counter-clockwise, until the appearance of water through the
opening of the cap.
- Close the isolation valve (FIG. 2d, pos. 10a) and screw the cap
(FIG. 2d, pos. 11).
- Open the isolation valves (FIG. 2d, pos. 10a and 10b) upstream
and downstream of the discharge valve.
- The discharge valve is then set.
8.5 Commissioning of installation
After all preparations and checks according to previous section have
been done, the pressure sensor measures the pressure and transmits
a corresponding current signal to the control box.
If the pressure is lower than the preset starting pressure, it then
switches on a pump first of all (according to the preset parameters
and type of setting) until the pipes are filled with water and the set
pressure has built up.
ATTENTION! Do not let the pump operate with delivery valve
closed beyond one minute.
NOTE: After the temperature reach of installation, it could be
necessary to adjust a little the setpoint of start and stop of
pumps . For this refer to previous chapter.
9. MAINTENANCE
After 8 days of running, clean the filter sieve (pos. 9) of discharger pro-
tection.
After that it is necessary to clean it 1 or 2 time per year.
- No particular maintenance is recommended for the system during
operating.
- In long period of frost and stop it is recommended to drain the
pump by screwing off the bottom plug.
ATTENTION! Fill the pump before any new start.
