1. General
The mobile diesel filling station is state of the art
technology and complies with approved technical
safety regulations.
The filling station carries the CE symbol, i.e. the
EU directives and harmonised standards of rel-
evance to the filling station were applied during
design and manufacture.
The filling station may only be used in a technically
flawless condition in the version delivered by the
manufacturer.
For safety reasons, modifications are not allowed
to the filling station (except for the addition of
accessories specially provided by the manufac-
turer).
1.1 Safety
Each filling station is tested for function and safety
before despatch.
The filling station is safe to operate when used
correctly.
Incorrect operation or misuse poses a dangerous
risk with regard to:
• serious or fatal injury to the operator
• the filling station and other assets of the operator
• impaired function of the installation
In order to avoid risks to people, animals and
property, please read these operating instructions
prior to using the filling station for the first time, in
particular all safety notices.
Make sure that:
• you understand all the safety notices
• the valid rules of occupational safety are
complied with
• personal protective equipment is used in
accordance with the safety datasheet for the
fuel being used.
• the operator of the filling station is informed
about the notices and understands them
• the operating instructions are to hand and
placed near the filling station
1.1.1 Maintenance and monitoring
The filling station must be regularly checked to
ensure it is in a safe condition.
This check includes:
• a visual inspection for leaks
(seal of filling hose and fittings)
• a function test
• completeness/identifiability of the warning,
mandatory and prohibitory signs on the
installation.
• the prescribed inspections
(for details see section "Maintenance and
inspection").
1.1.2 Using original parts
Please only use original parts provided or
recommended by the manufacturer. Also take
note of all safety and usage information provided
with these parts.
This applies to:
• spare and wearing parts.
• parts for accessories.
1.1.3 Operating the filling station
In order to avoid any hazards due to incorrect
operation, the filling station may only be operated
by individuals who
• have read and understood the operating
instructions.
• have proven their ability to operate the
equipment.
• have been assigned to operate the equipment

1.1.4 Warning notices on the filling station
The warning signs on the installation must
always be affixed and legible.
Signs affixed by the manufacturer:
Ban on fire, naked flames
and smoking
