Instructions
STEP 1
DRILL HOLE
• Drill a 1/2" hole 1" below the
bottom of the rim at the top
of the skimmer. Exact location
for the water fill valve will be
different for each skimmer.
Make sure that the drill hole is
set well above the final water
level.
STEP 2
REMOVE NUT AND RING
• Remove the brass
compression nut and
compression ring from the
threaded end of fill valve.
Discard these fittings.
STEP 3
REMOVE BRASS HEX NUT
• Remove the brass hex nut
from threaded end of the float
valve, leaving only the rubber
washer on the fill valve.

STEP 4
INSERT FILL VALVE
• Insert threaded end of fill valve
through the 1/2" hole drilled in
the skimmer.
NOTE: The rubber washer
must be located on the inside
of the skimmer wall.
STEP 5
TIGHTEN BRASS HEX NUT
• Tighten the brass hex nut,
securing the fill valve to the
skimmer box.
STEP 6
THREAD FLEX HOSE
• Thread the 1/2" braided
stainless steel flex hose to the
threaded end of the fill valve.
