4. MANDATORY STRESS TEST
Before using the NINJA LADDER, you must do the following:
Step 1:
Keep the course clear - spectators must keep a safety distance of at least 3 m from the ladder.
Step 2:
Check equipment: carefully inspect the ladder for wear, damage, and wear.
Step 3:
MANDATORY LOAD TEST - Test your installation by placing a 150 kg weight on the ladder or by
having two people (weighing together 150 kg) hold the ladder and then slowly hang until both feet
are off the ground. WARNING! If you hear acoustic or visual signs of damage (tearing noises, fraying,
etc.) during the test, stop the test. Either choose a different location or replace damaged parts.
5. MAINTENANCE:
At the beginning of the season and at least once a month:
•
Check all moving parts for wear, rust, or wear. If necessary, replace with original slackers spare
parts. Repeat this procedure once a month.
•
Check all wooden parts for wear and splinters. Grind off splinters and replace damaged parts if
necessary.
•
Condition of underground: It is recommended to create a protection area on the ground with a depth
of at least 30 cm. This should be filled with loose materials such as wood mulch / shavings, wood
material fibers or shredded / recycled rubber mulch. Note: The initial level will condense over time.
Fill the protection area regularly. Repeat this process at least twice a month during the season.
•
Storage: Remove the NINJA LADDER when not in use and keep it out of the reach of children.
Strangulation risk. Only store the NINJA LADDER in a completely dry place, in a cool, dry and dark
place. Do not expose to direct sunlight or other heat sources.
WARNING!
Do not secure or use a tree
or branch that is sick,
