6.2 Cleaning
- Unplug your appliance before cleaning.
- Using a suitable brush remove the remaining flour and pieces of dough.
- Remove the two guards, the balance, the two slides, remove the springs, remove the
scrapers, put the lever for adjusting the position of maximum opening.
- Clean the unit and all accessories with hot water, a specific disinfectant for food
machines and a clean cloth after each use
- After cleaning, use a soft dry cloth to polish and dry the unit. All parts must be dried.

6.3 Lubrication of shafts and rollers
