LECTRIC INSTALLATION
Machine OFF:
1. Connect one terminal of the torch power cable (10) onto the connector of the torch (21) and the other terminal into the
socket (4) placed in the front side of the machine. (Picture H3).
2. Connect the plug of ground cable (9) into the ground socket (3).
3. Put the clamp of the ground cable (9) on the stainless steel work piece that has to be marked.

ARKING OPERATIONS
Pay attention: when using a new marking screen, is highly recommended to make the markings of proof in order to
successfully open all links in the screen.
1. Lean the marking screen (28) on workpiece.
2. Put some drops of electrolyte solution (26/27) on the marking felt (24) (Picture H4).
Pay attention: it is not necessary to soak the felt (24) every time if making a number of marks in sequence (max 15).
3. Machine ON: power switch (2) on "I" position (ON).
4. Pass several time the marking felt (24) soaked of electrolytic solution (26/27) on the marking screen (28) without exit to the
edge on the screen, otherwise stainless steel surface is damaged (Picture H5).
Never rest the "pen" against the steel part without first switching off the machine, otherwise it will continue
marking and damage the part.
7.7. A
FTER MARKING
1. Recover the handgrip (21) on its support (13).
2. Put the power switch (2) on "O" position (OFF).
3. Remove the ground clamp (9) from the marked workpiece.
4. Remove the marking screen (28) from the workpiece.
5. Unplug the machine power cable (1).
VERY IMPORTANT (for optimal results)
6.
Spray the solution Inox Fit (20) on the surface in order to neutralize any residual electrolyte (Picture H6).
7.
Wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth dampened with clean water.
8.
Wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth.
