Simply connect the three wires on the reader and the power supply to the control unit terminal block as
shown.
Note:
Do not position the control unit-reader wires close to other live or high voltage cables, and
specifically not close to 220 V cables or higher.
Note:
In 26-bit WIEGAND, using badge plus fingerprint, the serial number of the MIFARE badge will be
sent in 24 bits framed by 2 parity bits. Using fingerprint recognition only, a number corresponding to the
order of enrolment will be sent in 24 bits framed by 2 parity bits (example, first user enrolled, number 1
sent, second user enrolled, number 2 sent etc.). If a fingerprint is not recognised or the badge is an off-
site one, the number 65535 will be sent.
