1) Connecting the reader to an ACCESS IT control unit via an RS485 bus

To achieve 1200 m, you need to install a 220Ω resistor at each end of the network between points A and
B (see above).
Note: The total length must not exceed the recommended distance.
ACCESS IT Unit
Note: The 12 V outputs on the control unit
must not exceed 0.5 A. If you wish to
connect two SOLOs, take the power directly
from the „Power Supply‰ terminal block.
