Set a Clear Dial Tone
1. Put on the headset.
2. Use AC adapter to plug the Base Unit into a wall power outlet.
3. Use the Mini USB cable to connect to the computer.
4. Launch the Skype or Skype for Business app, and set the
audio device as ZūM Maestro USB™ headset.
Set The Microphone Volume
1. Put on the headset.
2. Check the microphone volume by making a test call to a
friend or colleague. Make sure they don't adjust their own
listening volume. You can also test the volumes by yourself
by using Skype's Echo Sound Test, online.
3. Adjust the microphone volume using the
buttons until it is at the right volume for the person listening.
4. To adjust your listening volume, use the receiver
volume buttons until it's at a good level for you.
5. After you've made the adjustments, you're done, and can
end the test call and start using your headset.
