You are about to hear the difference your new custom subwoofer system
will make in your music and home theater setup.
These state-of-the-art high-power Ultra-Class-D
engineered and manufactured by Paradigm in North America. Boasting
Paradigm's own Digital Signal Processing (DSP) design (see graph at right)
and including proprietary EQ software to match the specific in-wall application,
these powerful amplifiers will coax every ounce of high-end performance
out of your Paradigm or Paradigm Reference in-wall subwoofer(s).
Paradigm Perfect Bass Kit
The Paradigm ® Perfect Bass Kit Digital Room Correction interface on the rear
of your new subwoofer allows you to use it with the critically acclaimed
PBK digital room correction system (sold separately, see dealer).
Although the sophisticated Control Facilities included on your new Paradigm
subwoofer allow you to fine tune for optimal bass performance, PBK goes
a major step further. Even when the world's finest subwoofers are perfectly
positioned and fine tuned, the room can still have a dramatic impact on
performance. Room dimensions, dead spots, archways, furniture placement
and countless other factors can turn a room into an additional instrument,
playing alongside musicians or movie scores with unwanted contributions
of coloration and resonance. Bass in particular can sound bloated or boomy
with poor definition. Using proprietary processing, Paradigm's PBK measures
the subwoofer's in-room frequency response then computes the target
response to yield optimal bass in your room. It then uploads the corrections
to your subwoofer. For more information, refer to the PBK brochure included
with your new subwoofer.

Accessories

Gold-plated binding posts are also included on your X-Series amplifier. Rack

mathematical algorithms to shape bass frequency response, ensuring
accurate, consistent and musical bass without audible distortion, even
when your subwoofer is playing at the loudest level.
