Operation

desired temperature level, between 1 and

∙ Carefully pour away any fat from the
collection tray. The tray should now be
cleaned in hot, soapy water. Ensure that
all parts are thoroughly dried afterwards.
∙ The grill plate and handles should now
be cleaned in hot, soapy water. Dry
thoroughly afterwards.
