prohibits the use of electric hedge trimmers by
persons aged 17 or less. Persons aged 16 and
above may only use electric hedge trimmers if
supervised by an adult.
21 Do not use the hedge trimmer with a damaged or
excessively worn cutting system.
22 Check your surroundings and take note of any
potential dangers which you may not be able
hear due to the machineʼs noise.
23 It is advisable not to use the hedge trimmer when
other persons, and particularly children, are
nearby.
24 Children are not allowed to use the hedge
trimmer.
25 Noise at the workplace may exceed 85 dB(A). In
this case, the operator must wear ear-muffs or
similar. The noise level of this electric tool is
measured in accordance with prEN ISO 10518.
26 The vibrations in the handle are < 2,5 m/s
measured in accordance with prEN ISO 10518.
Important! It is not allowed to use the hedge
trimmer without hand guard.
It is recommended to search the hedge for
hidden objects (e.g. wire fencing).
