Open the side burner lid to tight the bolt through the
hole according to the drawing.

Loosen the pre-attached wing nut on the burner
assembly before performing. Insert the side valve
assembly from the side cart through the side burner
venturi, then firmly seat the valve nozzle into the burner
venturi and tighten the wing nut. Attach side burner
igniter lead wire to the electrode.

Hang the grease cup.

Remove two pre-attached bolts from the right side
of grill body that marked with circle. Attach right side
table to the right side of grill body. Place table over
bolts and slide toward down of grill and attach side
table by using two bolts that was just removed.
Tighten all four bolts securely.

Place the side burner grate.

Place two AA batteries into the LED light battery box
in the cart. Remove igniter cap and insert battery with
positive end of batter toward igniter cap. Replace igniter
cap and make sure the igniter is working properly.
