8. Possible Faults
If any fault occurs, e.g. a sudden decrease or increase in air supply, and the user it is first necessary to leave the
workplace and then check the following:

That the unit is assembled correctly.

The filter condition in the suppliedair Conditioner.
•
That the air hose is not damaged.
•
That the noise silencer in the suppliedair is not clogged.
•

THE UNIT DOES NOT SUPPLY A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF AIR
Probable cause
Air hose or air duct blocked.
Air escapes through leakages.
The noise silencer is clogged.
The filter in the suppliedair Conditioner is clogged.
Probable cause
Compressed air supply failure. Hose damage.
Check and remove the possible obstacle.
Check all sealing elements and connections; check
that the hose is not damaged and is without leaks.
Replace the noise silencer in the suppliedair.
Replace the filter.
THE UNIT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL
Check the compressed air source.
Check that connecting hoses are not damaged.
Send the unit for an authorized service.
