HOW TO USE THE WASHER
I SteamFresh

cycle
• For slightly wrinkled clothes which have been stored
for an extended time. It makes wrinkled clothes
easier to iron (Do not load wet clothes).
• Wrinkles and odors will be reduced.
• To use the SteamFresh
1. Turn on the washer and select the SteamFresh
2. Load 5 items or less and close the door.
NOTE: Wipe the water off the drum.
3. Press the Steam button repeatedly until the
correct number of items is displayed.
4. Press the Start/Pause button.
• After the SteamFresh
TM
cycle is complete, the drum
will tumble for 30 minutes to prevent re-wrinkling.
Press any button to unload the items. The Remote
Laundry Monitor (RLM) will display "End" for 2
minutes and then will display "---" for 28 minutes.
• After the SteamFresh
TM
cycle is complete, open the
door and allow it to cool down for best results.
Precautionary Notes:
- The SteamFresh
TM
cycle is not like other washing or
drying cycles.
- Due to the characteristics of cotton fibers, this cycle is
not recommended for 100% cotton clothing.
- Remove stains from clothing before using the
SteamFresh
cycle to prevent permanently setting the
TM
stains by high heat.
- Be sure the faucet is open. This cycle uses a little water
to produce steam.
- Be careful not to touch the door. It can be very hot.
- Do not load the following items:
Wool, blankets, leather jackets, silk, wet clothes,
lingerie, foam products, or electric blankets.
- After removing clothes from the SteamFresh
they may feel slightly damp. Wait at least 10 minutes
before putting the clothes on.
- Best results are achieved when articles are of similar
size and fabric type. Do not overload.
CAUTION:

- Do not reach into the washer while operating. Steam
can cause severe burns.
- Keep pets away from the washer.

6. Wash/Rinse Temperature
• Select a water temperature based on the type of
load you are washing.
• Follow the fabric care label and chart below for
best results.

Cold
• Warm rinses leave the loads dryer than cold
rinses. Warm rinses increase wrinkling.
• In cold climates, a warm rinse makes the load
more comfortable to handle.
• Cold rinses save energy.
• The Cold rinse temperatures depend on the cold
water at your faucet.
• This washer automatically adjusts the water level
for the type and size of wash load for best results.
It may seem there is no water inside the drum in
some cycles, but this is normal.
7. Spin speed (Drain/Spin cycle)
• To change the spin speed, press the Spin Speed
button repeatedly to cycle through available
options.
• To start Drain/Spin cycle:
1. Press Power
button to turn on.
2. Press Spin Speed button only.
3. Press Start/Pause
button.
8. Soil Level
• To change the soil level, press the Soil Level
button repeatedly until the desired setting is on.
9. Beeper
• Press repeatedly to adjust the volume of the
Beeper.
