8. Operation
a) Checking before switching on
Risk of injury! The product must only be put into operation if
no defects are found. It is crucial that any defective parts are
replaced before the product is used again.
• Check the safe condition of the product:
- Check that the air inlet openings (B) are not blocked.
- Check all parts to make sure that they fit tightly.
- Check whether there are any visible defects: broken parts, cracks, etc.
b) Switching on/off
Risk of product damage! Always maintain a minimum distance of
25 mm between the nozzle (A) and the surface to be treated.
Risk of product damage! Never use the product with the air inlet
openings pointing downwards. Dirty air can be sucked in.
Risk of injury! Use the stand (D) for resting the device. Don't put
the device down on any inflammable surface.
• Push the On/Off switch (C) to position I or II. With the On/Off switch
(C), you can select between different blower level and temperature
combinations. (Fig. 2)
• As soon as the work is completed, press the On/Off switch (C) to position
0, pull out the mains plug and put the product on its stand (D) to let it cool
down. (Fig. 3)
