Notes on the use of batteries
• Caution! There is a risk of explosion if
the batteries are not replaced proper-
ly. Replace the batteries only with the
same or equivalent type of battery.
• Always replace the whole set of bat-
teries. Please do not mix old and new
batteries or batteries with different
charging levels.
• Ensure that the batteries are insert-
ed correctly. Note the correct polarity
(+) and (-) on the battery and on the
housing. Improperly inserted batter-
ies can leak or, in extreme cases, can
cause a fire or explosion.
• Never expose batteries to excessive
heat (e.g., sun, fire) and never throw
them into the fire. The batteries could
explode.
