Ensure that the power
cord does not come into
contact with hot parts.

To unplug the appliance,
only pull on the plug,
never pull directly on the
power cord.

power cord is laid out its
entire length to prevent
damage due to overhea-

we recommend installa-
tion of a residual current
device (RCD/FI) with a
tripping characteristic of
not more than 30 mA in
the bathroom power cir-

before you set it down.
23. The appliance is equip-
ped with an overheating
protection circuit. If ope-
rated for too long, the
appliance switches off
automatically to prevent
damage to the appli-
ance. After an appropri-
ate cool-down time, you
can place the appliance
in service again.
24. After use or prior to
cleaning the appliance,
always switch off and
unplug the appliance
from the electrical outlet
and allow it to cool.
25. As long as the plug is
in the electrical outlet,
even if the appliance is
switched off, the appli-
ance poses a hazard in
the vicinity of water.
26. Do not insert any objects
into the appliance, due
to the ensuing damage,
there is danger of elec-
tric shock.
