❐ Prior to each cleaning, pull the plug out of the socket.
❐ Never submerge the device, the mains cord, and the plug in water. When cleaning, no liquid
may penetrate the device.
❐ Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads to clean the device. They
could damage the surface.
• Ensure that the device has been deactivated!
• Only clean the housing of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Then wipe it off completely
with a soft, dry cloth.
• When storing the device, do not apply excessive pressure when folding it up and do not use
any force. It could be damaged as a result.
• Do not wrap the mains cord around the device.
• Store the device in its packaging in a dry area, which is out of the sun and is not accessible
to children.

Possible cause
• The device is not supplied
with power.
• The POWER button was
not pressed (correctly).
• The device is not on.
• The HEIZUnG (heat)
function is not activated.

Solution
• Check if
– all cables are properly
connected with one another.
– the mains adapter is
connected to the socket.
– the socket is defective.
– the fuse of your mains
connection is inserted.
• Push the POWER button.
Push the POWER button.
•
The LED must light up.
• Push the HEIZUnG (heat)
button. The LED must light up.
