OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

NAP TIMER

The nap timer allows you to set a buzzer alarm to go off after a preset amount of time ranging from 90
minutes to 10 minutes.
1.
With radio off, press the
button to turn on NAP timer.
2.
Press the
button to toggle through the preset times; 90min > 80min > 70min > 60min
> 50min > 40min > 30min > 20min > 10min > OFF
3.
When enabled, pressing the
button will show current NAP timer and pressing again
will reset timer to 90 minutes
4.
When the NAP timer expires, it will continue to buzz for 30 minutes or it can be stopped by pressing
the POWER ON/OFF
button.
5.
To cancel the NAP timer, press the

CYCLE DISPLAY

The CYCLE DISPLAY
function displays the TIME, MONTH/DAY & CURRENT TEMPERATURE on the
front LED panel in sequence.
1.
Ensure radio is OFF (RADIO ON/OFF
button). Press and hold the CYCLE DISPLAY
on the side of the alarm clock until ON appears on the LED panel. Please wait 10 seconds for the
cycle to begin.
2.
To return to TIME display only, press and hold the CYCLE DISPLAY
on the LED panel.

ADJUSTING LED BRIGHTNESS

You can adjust the brightness of the LED display making it brighter, dimmer or even turning it OFF when
the radio is OFF. There are four dimming options available: HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW/OFF (Standby). Press the
button to toggle between the four brightness settings. The
symbol will appear on the LED screen when set to OFF to show that unit is in standby mode.

LISTENING TO THE RADIO

1.
Press the RADIO ON/OFF
button on the front panel to turn the radio ON.

Press hold the AM/FM
button to toggle between AM and FM radio bands.
3.
Press the

buttons once, to move back/move forward one station at a time.

unit will automatically scan to the next broadcasting station.
Please ensure that the FM antenna is completely unrolled and extended for best FM reception.
The AM band uses an internal directional aerial. For best reception, please rotate the radio.
7. Press and hold the RADIO ON/OFF
button on the front panel to turn the radio OFF
To set / recall the radio presets
button on the front panel to turn the radio 'ON'.

button; 'P01' will blink in the display.

buttons to toggle to the desired preset 'P01-P10' number.

button again to set the preset.

Repeat steps 4 through 6 to set more presets.

To recall a preset station, press the

The unit supports up to 10 AM & 10 FM preset stations.

To view the date and the temperature, press the

WAKE-UP LIGHT

The Wake-up light allows you to brighten your room two ways; by simply waving your hand over the
motion sensor to turn the Wake-up light ON or OFF. Or by pressing the
