Mounting of the machine at the workplace:

Fix the machine to a workbench using the four holes on the base of the machine..
The bolts must be sufficiently long (taking into account the thickness of the
work surface, washers/nuts). The working top must be sufficiently large and
stable to prevent the machine from tilting during operation.


15.1 Operation instructions

Installing and Changing the shank router cutter adapter
Before any manual handling of the machine, stop the spindles, wait for all tools to
come to a standstill and prevent unintentional restarting (pull out the mains plug).
Before changing the shank router cutter adapter, disconnect the mains plug of your machine.
Select the adapter that corresponds exactly to the diameter of your milling cutter/tool.

Mount the table extension (A) to the
machine table (B) using 3 screws,
washers (S) below and 2
screws/nuts/washers (S1) each on the
right and left side.
NOTE
The table extension can be
adapted to the groove on the
main table and finally fixed
in the appropriate position
with the screw S to be able
to work with the miter
gauge.

Insert the guideway of the miter
gauge (A) into the groove on the table
and fix the miter gauge in position
(angle+position) by tightening the
screw (B).
