Product installation
Note
When installing this product, observe the operating and
installation instructions for the DHW cylinder.
f Before installing the safety assembly, compare the maximum
f
permissible pressure of the DHW cylinder with the response
pressure of the safety valve.

f Flush all water pipes thoroughly before installation.
f
f The safety valve discharge aperture must remain open to the
f
atmosphere.
f Check the clearance between the cold water and DHW
f
connections of the DHW cylinder and the wall (see chapter
"Specification / Dimensions").
f Seal in the safety assembly. Screw the safety assembly with
f
pipe collar into the cold water wall connection.
f Seal in the twin connector with union nut. Screw the twin
f
connector with pipe collar into the DHW wall connection.
f Provisionally fit the DHW connection pipe with the union nut
f
to the DHW connection.
f Provisionally fit the cold water connection pipe with the
f
union nut to the safety assembly. If required, you may tem-
porarily disconnect the safety valve with drip facility during
the installation by removing the locking clip.
f Connect the connecting pipes with the locking ring fittings to
f
the connections on the DHW cylinder.
f Tighten the fittings. Ensure that the locking ring fittings are
f
seated correctly.
f Fit the tundish with the pipe collar to the drain pipe.
f
