Water cannot reach a fixed level in the well within time limit.
Rinse with cold water, out of boiler heating timer. Please check the security boiler
thermostat and the boiler heating element.
The well pressure switch does not work properly. Please empty the well, blow inside
the pipe linking the circuit board with the pressure sensor to remove impurities and
condensation and check if there are any leaks. Please reset the pressure switch
(paragraph 5). If the alarm persists, please replace the circuit board.
Damaged or disconnected boiler sensor. Please check the sensor functioning and
connections.
Damaged or disconnected well sensor. Please check the sensor functioning and
connections.
The boiler cannot be filled within a certain time. Please check the water supply tap, the
water flow rate in the supply network, the electrovalve functioning or clog. In case of
models with integrated osmosis system, please check the water production of the
membrane/s.
The anti-flood sensor detects a leak inside the technical compartment.
The detected temperature inside the boiler is too high. Please check the temperature
sensor functioning and if the relay of the board that turns on the resistance is closed.
Please note that scale incrustations could distort the sensor reading and cause inertia
of the high temperature of the resistance.

The discharge does not work. Please check the discharge system and the discharge
pump functioning. Please check whether the discharge height is excessive.
Water level in the well is too high. Please empty the well, blow inside the pipe linking
the circuit board with the pressure sensor to remove impurities and condensation.
Please reset the pressure switch (paragraph 5). After having reset and loaded the well,
please check whether the level is still correct after the wash cycles.
