Type of connection for management with FWIN software
The sensor can be connected to the PC by means of:
USB connection
Phone line (modem)
This type of connection permits connecting the FOGGY to the PC in remote by means of the modem in both PSTN
and GSM line.
To make the connection:
1. select "Phone line (modem)" type
2. in "serial port" select the modem connected to the pc or, if "Show all ports" is selected, the number of the serial
port to which the modem is connected
3. in "bit per second" select 9600
4. in "phone number" enter the telephone number to be called
5. press "OK" at bottom right of the display page
w Serial connection RS232 (not used)
w USB connection
w Telephone line (modem)
This type of connection allows connecting the fog-
forming unit to the PC by means of the USB port of
the FOGGY
To make the connection:
1. Select the "USB Connection" type
2. Press "OK" at bottom right of the display page
