» The colours of the films react differently to heat. Gold is easier to apply, silver is more
difficult.
» The stamp applicator should be held completely vertical, so that the
attachment has the best possible contact with the film.
» Please remember that all metallic parts of the stamp applicator get hot!
» The best results are achieved on smooth surfaces such as leather or synthetic leather.
Paper and cardboard are also suitable, but a smooth surface is beneficial. If the surface
is very rough, the film does not adhere optimally.
» If you need to make a correction, you can easily scratch the film off a very smooth surface.
» You can also work in multiple colours, creating amazing effects! To do this, first apply one
film, and then change to another colour of film.
» Real multi-level effects: Using the cutting mat provided as a work surface, handling is
particularly easy. The soft rubber mat allows the designs and texts to be stamped deep
into flexible materials – for a brilliant card design!
Safety notes
» The stamp applicator must not be heated without attachments.
» Never touch the hot attachments with your hands. You should change the attachments
using a tool while working (pliers), and place them in a heat-resistant tray to cool, or in
the tray in the support stand.
» If you need to put down the stamp applicator for a brief time, use the support stand
provided.
» Check that the voltage of your power supply matches the voltage specified on the device.
It is only permitted for devices with a nominal voltage of 220/230 V, 50 Hz to be connected
to corresponding earthed sockets. The devices generate high levels of heat radiation,
there is therefore a risk of burns. Do not use in the immediate vicinity of flammable
materials. Only allow children to work with the device under supervision. Never leave the
device unattended while operational, and disconnect it from the power supply during
work breaks of 15 minutes or more. Only grip the device by the handle. Only store and
operate electrical appliances in dry rooms.
» Like all electrical devices marked with the crossed out rubbish bin symbol, the stamp
applicator should never be disposed of in household waste, but using the designated
collection systems
