Connection Setup Through a Browser
You can use a web browser on your PC or mobile device to configure
your DIR-506L for Wireless Router and WiFi Hotspot mode, as well as
repeater mode and settings.
1. Connect to the DIR-506L wirelessly using the following information:
• Default WiFi SSID: dlink_DIR-506L
• Default Password: 0266000123
2. Open a web browser, and go to http://dlinkrouter.local. By
default, the User Name is admin, and the Password should be left
blank.
3. After logging in, click on Setup at the top, then click on Internet
Connection Setup Wizard and follow the on-screen instructions.
