UNITE ASPIRATION GAZ MOBILE VL
OPERATION
1. Move the exhaust gaz extractor to the afterbody of automobile, loosen the slide pole handle,
align the suction nozzle and the exhaust pipe.
2. After make sure the nozzle is aligned with exhaust pipe, tighten the handle and put hose on
the ground.
3. Turn on the power switch, system starts working.
DON'T MOVE THE VEHICLE WHEN THE EXTRACTION SYSTEM IS WORKING.
Maintenance
Clean the surface of equipment after daily work to avoid rustiness and cicatrice. When not using,
please move the mobile car aside for tidy.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Fault
System doesn't work when the
power on
Exhaust in instead of out when the
power on
Possible reason
1.Voltage is not suitable
2.Motor doesn't work
The power phase wrong, so fan
rotates conversely
Measure
1.Check the voltage is regular or not,
adjust voltage ( voltage should be
220V).
2.Check the fan is breakdown or not,
replacing fan.
Adjust the phase of power
