iROB Feed
Use an intermediate cable assembly for the connection to the robot welding power source.

1 Mount the strain relief. Please observe the information on the instruction leaflet iROB Bracket.
2 Clamp the intermediate cable assembly into the strain relief.
3 Connect the power cable (4) to the respective connection (5). Please observe the different connection
versions of
4 Insert the control lead (11) into the connecting socket (2) and fasten it by turning the nut clockwise.
5 Insert the gas hose (10) into the respective connection (3) and fasten it by means of a nut 1/4".
6 Insert the compressed air hose (12) into the compressed air inlet (1).
7 Connect the coolant supply and return hoses (8), (9) to the quick coupling (6), (7).
Only for liquid-cooled systems.
The instructions for mounting the wire conduit only refer to the versions iROB Feed 22. For mounting the
wire conduit, please observe the following information:
