Chapter 3: Assembly
3-1. NEOLIUM BOX 200/250/300 2.00m platform assembly
Scaffolding must be erected, dismantled and modified by at least 2 people.
The working height is defined according to the user and the task to be carried out.
• Lock the castor wheels before each use by applying the brake with your foot.
3-1-1. Assembling the castor wheels
• Insert 2 castor wheels into a base ladder, then do the same for the second base ladder.
3-1-2. Assembling the braces
• Attach the 2 braces to rung no. 1 by following steps 1.1 to 1.4.

Lock the castor wheel attachment by placing the
wing bolt in one of the two holes provided.
Lock Colour: GREY
Ensure the lock is correctly
engaged.
