6. FUN TOOTHBRUSHING
Launch a Playbrush game and follow the in-app instructions
to connect your Playbrush. Once connected, Playbrush will
start flashing green. We recommend brushing twice a day
and we can't wait for you to begin your fun toothbrushing
journey to great dental health!
IS YOUR PLAYBRUSH NOT WORKING?
Playbrush Connection
Please check that Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet is turned on.
Ensure location permissions are granted in the app for all Android 6.0 users.
If you are still having connection issues, uninstall the app, turn Bluetooth off
and on and reinstall the app.
Brushing Accuracy
The 3 arrows need to be correctly aligned with the toothbrush head.
Charging
Your Playbrush should be fully charged and the green light is visible. If it
blinks red and green, Playbrush needs to be charged.
Playbrush blinks red when you charge it. If it doesn't, you may need to
reboot your Playbrush. To do this, charge for 1-2 minutes, remove the USB
charging cable, and then plug it back in and charge for 12 hours.
