With the "M/" button you can adjust your weight. You can only increase the
value. After reaching the maximum level of 200 kg, smartLAB
with 30 kg again.
By keeping the "M/" button pushed, the weight value increases faster. After
havingsetyourpersonalweight,press„Disp/Set"toconfirm.
Setting step length:
Afteryouenteredyourbodyweight,thesteplengthsymbolflashes.Nowyoucan
enter your step length by pressing the "M/" button. The step length can vary
between 30 and 120 cm. After having set your correct step length, confirm with
„Disp/ Set".

To determine the correct the correct step length please follow these steps:
Choose a certain distance you know the length off. Walk the distance and count your
steps (e.g. with the step counter). Now calculate the step length the following way:
the length of the walked distance (in cm) divided through the number of walked
steps.
