Safety

2.1 Safety definitions

Warning! If you do not obey these instructions, there
is a risk of death or injury.
Caution! If you do not obey these instructions, there
is a risk of damage to the product, other materials or the
adjacent area.
Note! Information that is necessary in a given situation.

2.2 Safety instructions for operation

Warning! If you do not obey these instructions, there
is a risk of death or injury.
● Read and understand the instructions before you use the
product.
● Save these instructions and safety instructions for future
reference.
● Do not use the product for tasks other than its intended
purpose. The manufacturer cannot accept liability for any
damage that is a result of improper use.
● Do not let children play with the product without
supervision. This product is unsuitable for children under
the age of 14. The product is not a toy.
● Keep in mind that the operator will be held responsible
for accidents that involve other persons or their property.
● Keep bystanders, especially children and pets at a safe
distance from the product.
● Do not operate the product in the vicinity of traffic,
people or animals.
● Do not immerse or rinse the product in water or other
liquid.
● Do not operate the product near water or fire.
● Do not touch the product or any of its parts if your hands
are wet.
● Do not put any parts of the product in your mouth. Risk of
fatal or serious personal injury.
● Always use fully charged batteries.
● Do not let the product stay unsupervised during
operation.
● Let the product become cool before you touch it.
● Always remove the batteries after use.

2.3 Safety instructions for
maintenance
● Do not let children do maintenance on the product
without supervision.
● Do not let children clean the product.
● Only use accessories and parts that are approved by the
manufacturer of the product.
● Always remove the batteries before you do maintenance
on the product.
● Clean moving parts of the product regularly.

2.4 Battery safety

● Always use batteries that are approved by the
manufacturer of the product. ' Refer to "Make sure that you
follow local regulations when you
discard the product. Do not burn the product.. " on
page 24.
● Handle the batteries with care. Do not subject the
batteries to mechanical shock. Risk of explosion.
● Avoid short circuiting. Risk of injury and/or material
damage.
● Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of a
different manufacturer, capacity, size or type.
● Never use or charge batteries that shows signs of
damage. If the batteries are deformed, too hot, smells,
stop charging of the batteries immediately.
● Do not expose cells or batteries to heat or fire.
● Do not dismantle, open or shred batteries.
● Never attempt to modify or repair the batteries.
● Do not allow battery content to come in contact with the
skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected
area with copious amounts of water and seek medical
advice.
● Only use the supplied charger.
● Never connect batteries directly to a power socket.
● Stop the charging immediately if the charger shows signs
of damage, for example smell, smoke or noise.
● Do not charge the batteries for more than 4 hours. This
will damage the batteries.
● Do not charge the batteries near flammable substances.
● Do not charge the batteries on electrical conductive
surface.
