- M = mass of water to add in g (ml)
- H = water content wished in %
- mB = mass of wheat to moisten in g
- h = water content of wheat in % before preparation
■ Mass of water to add to 1000 g of wheat for a preparation with
16 % of water content :
■ Example:
1000 g of wheat with a water content of 13,0 % shall be prepared
with a view to a moisture of 16 %.
The mass of water to add is:
