INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. First identify whether the gas is heavier or lighter than the air. Gases heavier than air: LPG etc. Gases lighter
than air: natural gas, methane gas, etc.
2. Depending on the weight of the gas, choose the correct location of the gas detector. If the gas is heavier than
air, position the gas detector at 0.3 - 1.0 m from the floor, within a radius of max. 1.5 m from the combustion
source (eg stove). If the gas is lighter than air, position the gas detector at 0.3 - 1.0 m from the ceiling, within a
maximum radius of 1.5 m from the combustion source (eg stove).
3. Secure the screws to the wall, then position the gas detector.
