1.2 Transport
When transporting LiFePO4 batteries, all national and international regulations and laws must
always be observed. Transport may only take place in the original packaging or packaging
corresponding to this. Never transport damaged LiFePO4 batteries, this may only be done in
prescribed containers. LiFePO4 batteries are certified according to UN38.3, the test report
can be made available on request. LiFePO4 batteries that are not installed in equipment are
classified according to UN3480, Class 9 during transport. Further information can be found in
the safety data sheet.
1.3 Disposal

LiFePO4 batteries must not be disposed of in household or commercial
waste, but must be handed in to collection points of the common take-
back system for disposal/recycling. This can also be done at a sales
point of the seller or the manufacturer. Always discharge the battery
and cover the terminals before disposal.
By affixing the CE mark, Caratec GmbH declares that this product
complies with the basic requirements and other relevant regulations
of Directive 2014/53/EU. If required, the declaration of conformity
can be requested at service@caratec.de
