Solution
In the Internet Mini Phone utility, click Setup. In the Win-
dows audio control panel, click Audio and set the sound
playback default device to be your sound card.
Skype does not open when I press the Skype key on my
phone
Solution
Skype must be running and you must be logged in to a
Skype account. Start Skype by clicking Start and then
selecting Skype. If you do not have a Skype account, follow
the on-screen instructions to create a Skype user account.
I cannot hear any sound through the phone or the caller
cannot hear my voice
Solution
Make sure the USB cable is connected to the Internet Mini
Phone and your computer.
Solution
Windows XP: In the Internet Mini Phone utility, make sure
the Skype Sound Device is set to USB Phone for both
Input and Output.
Windows 2000: In the Internet Mini Phone utility, make
sure the Skype Sound Device is set to USB Audio Device
for both Input and Output.
