Use the controls under USB phone to adjust call audio. The
microphone sensitivity adjusts automatically and cannot be
set using the slider.
Specify whether calls are directed to your sound card or
your Internet Mini Phone with the Output and Input pull-
down menus under Skype Sound Device.
Specify whether your Internet Mini Phone or computer
speakers ring for incoming calls with the Ringing pull-down
menu.
Windows XP: Click the Ringing pull-down menu and select
USB Phone.
Windows 2000: Click the Ringing pull-down menu and
select USB Audio Device.
Note: The Internet Mini Phone initially uses the default
Windows sound device for ringing. Typically, this
is your sound card. Using your sound card and
speakers for ringing allows you to use Skype ring
tones.
The Setup button at the bottom of the Internet Mini Phone
utility window is a shortcut to the Windows audio proper-
ties control panel. You can use this control panel to select
which sound device is used as the Windows default. Typi-
cally, this is set to your computer's sound card.
