1. Connect the barrel connector of
the mains adapter to the connecting
socket of the device.
2. Position the device at the location you
want.

For efficient operation we recom-
mend closing the windows and
doors of the room.
3. Fully unwind the connecting cable
and connect it to an easily accessible
plug socket. All control lamps (6+7)
light up once and then go out again.
The device is in standby mode.
4. Switch on the device and adjust it as
required (see the "Functional Over-
view" chapter).
5. If the device is no longer going to be
used, switch off the device (see the
"Functional Overview" chapter) and
pull the mains adapter out of the plug
socket.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Please Note!
■
The HEPA13 filter cannot and must
not be cleaned.
■
Do not use any caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Make sure that the device is not con-
nected to the mains power.
• Wipe down the device with a soft,
damp cloth if necessary.
• Store the device in a clean, dry place
which is protected from dust and is
out of the reach of children and ani-
mals when it is not in use.

MAINTENANCE

The device must be kept ready to
operate, which means the HEPA13 filter
must be replaced regularly (roughly
every 3 – 6 months). The precise intervals
at which the HEPA13 filter has to be re-
placed depend on the air quality and the
frequency of use of the device.

1. Turn over the device so that the
bottom is facing upwards.
2. Twist the lid (9) anticlockwise so that
the marking on the lid points towards
the marking of the
(Picture B).
3. Take off the lid and take the used
HEPA13 filter (10) out of the main unit.
4. Insert the new HEPA13 filter into the
device.
5. Insert the lid into the device and
secure it by twisting it clockwise so
