follow these steps:
- 1. With the scale off, press the "SET" button to
power it on.
- 2. Press "SET" again to enter user profile selec-
tion mode, and select your desired profile.
- 3. When the screen on the scale displays "0.0",
step onto the scale gently.
- 4. If you would like your full set of measure-
ments, you should step onto the scale with
nothing covering your feet, and with your feet
making contact with each of the four metal
contact points on the top of the scale.
- 5. The scale will first measure your weight.
- 6. The weight reading on the screen will stabili-
ze and lock in, flashing once to indicate that the
reading is locked.
- 7. Next, the scale will gather the rest of your
measurements and display them, showing body
fat percentage, hydration percentage, muscle
percentage, bone mass percentage, calories
and BMI.
- 8. The scale will display all of your measure-
ments again before the screen turns off.
STAND-BY FUNCTION:
- In order to save energy, the appliance passes
to stand-by after few seconds if the user does
not use it.
- To return to normal operation simply press
lightly on the weighing platform and wait for the
screen to show 0,0.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
- The device turn off automatically after the use.
- Remove the battery from the appliance if you
are not intending to use the appliance during an
extended period.
- Clean the appliance.
SPECIAL MESSAGES:
- The following messages can appear on the
screen:
CLEANING
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a
few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or
base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products,
for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not let water or any other liquid get into the
air vents to avoid damage to the inner parts of
the appliance.
- Never submerge the appliance in water or any
other liquid or place it under running water.
SUPPLIES
- Always use original supplies, designed specifi-
cally for your appliance model.
- Only the following type of supplies must be used
with the appliance. (Fig.4).
- Batteries: 2 AAA.
- These supplies are available in specialist shops.

- Take the appliance to an authorised technical
support service if product is damaged or other
problems arise. Do not attempt to disassemble
or repair the appliance yourself as this may be
dangerous.
