Operation
Socket Testing
Attention: Always test the device's functionality
on a known live and correctly wired socket prior
usage.
Insert the socket tester into a standard EU-
socket and then compare the illuminated LEDs
with the diagnosis table in the manual / printed
onto the device. If the tester indicates that the
socket is not correctly wired, please contact a
professional electrician. Note: Do not test for
longer than 5 minutes. Do not press the RCD-
button during testing as this would trigger the
leakage protection switch causing unnecessary
losses.

Voltage Measuring
Insert the socket tester into a standard EU-
socket and read the socket's voltage from the
tester's LCD screen. The measuring unit is V.
RCD Test
Check the manual of the RCD switch prior using
the tester. Insert the tester into a standard EU-
socket and check if the wiring of the socket is
correct. Only proceed, if the wiring of the socket
is correct. Press the RCD-button of the tester for
