4 ChargIng The helICOPTer
Attention: The battery and motor must cool down for 10 to 15 minutes before
charging and after every flight. Otherwise they can be damaged. The charging process
must be constantly monitored. Always ensure that the charging process takes place on
a fireproof surface in a fire-resistant environment.
1. Switch off the helicopter and the remote control.
2. Plug the charger into a free port of an active USB hub; the LED illuminates red (4A).
3. Now insert the charging cable into the charging socket on the model (4B).
4. The Power LED on the charger does not illuminate during the charging process.
If the battery is fully charged, the LED begins to illuminate red again (4C).
Disconnect the battery from the charging unit and disconnect the charging unit
from the USB port after the charging is completed.
The helicopter can fly for approx. 5–7 minutes after a charge time of
approx. 40 minutes.
Warning notice: The LiPo battery does not normally heat up while charging.
If it should become warm or even hot and/or changes to the surface begin to appear,
immediately discontinue the charging process!

The thrust controller (the left controller on the remote control) must point down before
being switched on (5A). Then set the controller's ON/OFF switch to "ON" (5B).
The power LED begins to blink quickly.
Now set the helicopter's ON/OFF switch to the "ON" (5C). Place the helicopter on the
ground so that its tail points toward you. Once a connection between the controller
and helicopter has been established, all the LEDS on the helicopter will light up, and
the power LED on the remote control will blink slowly.
Activate the remote control by first slowly moving the thrust controller to maximum
and then back to its starting position. The power LED will now remain permanently lit,
signalling that the helicopter is ready for flight.
6 TrIM aDJusTMenT OF The COnTrOl
The correct trimming is a basic requirement for achieving fault-free flying from the
helicopter. Its adjustment is simple, but it requires some patience and a feel for it.
Please observe the following instructions precisely: Carefully move the thrust control
up and raise the helicopter approximately 0.5 to 1 metre in altitude.
6A If the helicopter quickly or slowly rotates clockwise by itself...
If the helicopter begins to automatically rotate clockwise quickly or slowly, continue to
turn the left/right trim adjustment anti-clockwise until the helicopter no longer rotates
automatically.
6B If the helicopter quickly or slowly rotates anti-clockwise by itself...
If the helicopter begins to automatically rotate anti-clockwise quickly or slowly,
continue to turn the left/right trim adjustment clockwise until the helicopter no longer
rotates automatically.
7 FlIghT COnTrOl
Note: Only minimal corrections of the controls are necessary for a smoothing flying
behaviour of the helicopter!
7A Take off or increase altitude by
carefully moving the control for thrust
forward.
7C Fly forward by moving the controller
for forward/backward flight and right/
left rotation carefully forward.
7E Turn helicopter around to the left by
moving the controller for forward/back-
ward flight and clockwise/anti-clockwise
rotation to the left.
7B Land or decrease altitude by moving
the control for thrust backward. Only
minimal corrections to the controller are
necessary to ensure smoothing flying of
the helicopter!
7D Fly backward by moving the controller
for forward/backward flight and right/left
rotation carefully backward.
7F Turn helicopter around to the left by
moving the controller for forward/back-
ward flight and clockwise/anti-clockwise
rotation to the right.
