1. Before Use
- Check that the Exhaust Hose has been mounted properly (see 'Installation' section). If the
Exhaust Hose is not correctly used, hot air will blow back into the room you are trying
cool.
- Check that the drain plug at the bottom rear of the unit is securely plugged in, to preve
water leaks (see '8. Draining the Water Tank').
- Check that the local mains power matches that shown on the rating label of the unit.
- Check that the location of the unit is suitable (flat, stable surface; away from sources
water / heat).
- If the unit has recently been transported, let it stand for 6 hours to allow the compress
contents to settle.
- As shown in Fig. 6, connect water pump drain hose well.
2. Turning on the Air Conditioner
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet (do not plug any other devices into this outlet).
- Press the POWER button to turn on the air-conditioner.
Note: Do not turn on the air conditioner within 3 minutes of turning it off.
3. Cooling
- Press the "Mode" button till the "Cooling Mode" Indicator appears.
- Press the TEMP+ or TEMP- button to select a desired room temperature:16°C to 31°C.
- Press the "Speed" button to select air speed: Low / Medium / High.
4. Dehumidifying
- Press the "Mode" button till the "Dehumidifier" Indicator blinks
- The temperature automatically set to [(current room temperature) - (2°C)], and the fan
speed is set to Low.
5. AUTO Mode
- According to the current room temperature ,automatically select the mode：cooling,
dehumidifying or dry (see table 1).
