• This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was
designed, namely, as a heating pad for home use. Any other use
is considered not compliant with the intended use and therefore
dangerous.
• Before connecting the appliance to the power mains, ensure the
voltage and frequency specified on the appliance's technical data
match those of the available power mains. The technical data are on
the appliance and on the power supply if present (see illustrative
guide) (7).
• This appliance must be used solely with the types of detachable
control device indicated on the appliance itself.
Children under the age of three must not use this appliance
due to their inability to react to overheating.
• This appliance can be used by children between the ages of 3 and
8 years who are supervised and with the control device always set
to the lowest temperature level.
• The appliance may be used by children no younger than 8 years old
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or
having no experience or the necessary knowledge, provided they
are supervised or after they have received instructions for using the
appliance safely and understanding its inherent dangers. Children
must not play with the appliance. The appliance cannot be cleaned
or serviced by children without adult supervision.

heat or very vulnerable and unable to react to overheating.
• Persons with pacemakers should NOT use this appliance.
DO NOT use the appliance with wet hands, damp feet or barefoot.
DO NOT pull the power cable or the appliance itself to remove the
plug from the socket.
DO NOT pull or lift the appliance by its cable.
The cable and the control device of the device, if not positioned correctly,
can give rise to the risk of entanglement, strangulation, stumbling and
trampling. Make sure that the wires are positioned securely.
