Possible cause
The plug is
not inserted into the
wall socket properly.
There is a power
failure.
The lamp is defective. Contact the Philips Consumer Care Centre.
The mains cord is
damaged.
Solution
Put the plug in the wall socket properly.
Connect another appliance to check if the power
supply works.
If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced
by Philips, a service centre authorised by Philips or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
