Optional: replacing the filter
To replace the factory-fitted filter with a filter of another thick-
ness, pull out the filter frame.
A locking tab prevents the filter frame from slipping out.

f Push the filter frame towards the filter so that you can
slide it past the locking tab. Pull out the filter frame.

f insert the new filter. Pay attention to the direction of flow.
f Check the filter for a correct, airtight fit.

f insert the filter frame into the appropriate guide slot.
At the bottom, the filter frame is held in position in a
V-shaped groove. Push the filter frame down far enough
that it clicks into place below the locking tab.
f Affix the label that is part of the standard delivery to the
cover of the filter box as a record that the filter has been
checked.

f Position the cover on the filter box.
f Secure the cover by tightening the star grip screws by
hand.
Insulation
Material losses

if you install the filter box in the outdoor air duct,
you must insulate the filter box so that it is vapour
diffusion-proof. This will prevent the formation of
condensate. insulation mats are available from us as
accessories.
