4.2.4 Prevention of the risks
The prevention of the risks is done by following elements:
•
Plastic Cover: is assembled on the top of the frame, behind the engine and it have function to
protect the operator of rotative parts. His width alow also to avoid any projection of land and stones.
•
Main Frame: conceived to support all mechanical components.
•
Protection Disks: which are assembled in the rotors tree. They will go to protect both the lateral
sides of the machine.
For a information of the several risks associated at the machine, will exposed the followings informations:
• Rotation of the cutting elements: the operator must clearly be informed of the
existence of a danger due to the rotation of the cutting elements (rotors).
• Warning of surfaces with extreme temperatures and toxic gases:
informs the operator the presence of some component of the engine
that, during and after the operation of the engine, they stay in high
temperatures or ignite by the fuel. Alerts also to the monoxide gases of
combustion of fuel.
