1. Before cooking you have to place the food into vacuum sealed pouches.
2. Put the food and soup into the cooker and put on the transparent top cover.
3. Connect power and a "beep" will be heard. And LCD is blue and enters into the standby
status.
4. Set time
Press "SET TIMER" key once and enter into the time adjustment mode; then press
"+, -" key, it is available to adjust among 00: 00 - 24: 00. The time increases or
decreases by 30 minutes once "+, -" key is pressed; after the time adjustment is
completed, it will be flashing for 3 seconds and then be confirmed automatically.
5. Set temperature:
Press "SET TIMP" key once and enter into the temperature adjustment mode; then
press "+, -" key, it is available to adjust among 49-99 °C. The temperature increases
or decreases by 1 degree once "+, -" key is pressed; after the temperature adjust-
ment is completed, it will be flashing for 3 seconds and then be confirmed automati-
cally.
6. Start/Stop
After the time and temperature are set well, press "START/STOP" key and start to
work; at this time, the LCD will change to orange and counting down of time begins.
If it is needed to stop working, press "START/STOP" key and the pot will enter standby
status. After 1 min, the LCD will change to black.
7. During the heating process, the temperature and time can be adjusted at any time.
