Die Düse darf bis auf die Bereiche „A"
und „B" und der Dichtkappe Z 2035 /. . .
mit dem Werkzeug keinen Kontakt
haben.
Die Kalotte „C" füllt sich mit Kunststoff,
der als Isolierung dient.
Das Maß „l
" muss aus Funktions -

gründen eingehalten werden.
Beim Einbau als Zentraldüse
(nur D = 32 und 45) kann ent sprechend
den konstruktiven Erfor der nissen ein
Radius mit einer Tiefe von max. 3 mm
angebracht werden.
Der Einsatz als Zentraldüse wird aus-
schließlich für die Verarbeitung von
Kunststoffen mit großem Prozess -
temperaturfenster empfohlen.
Eine Arretierung der Düse kann durch
den abgeflachten Düsenkopf erfolgen.
Der Kabelkanal kann je nach Bedarf
entweder im Düsenkopfbereich (A1),
oder mittig (A2) ausgelegt werden.

Apart from ares "A" and "B" and the
sealing cap Z 2035 /. . . , the nozzle
should not come into contact with the
mould.
The well "C" fills with plastic which acts
as isolation.
Measurement "l
" must be observed for

funktional purposes.
When mounting as central nozzle
(only D = 32 and 45) the rear portion is
to be machined as required to suit
machine nozzle. The depth of the radius
should not exceed 3 mm.
Use of the central nozzle is only
recommended for processing plastics
with large process temperature
windows.
The nozzle can be locked using
the flattened nozzle head.
The cable duct can be located as
required either in the area of the
nozzle head (A1), or centrally (A2).

secteurs «A» et «B» et le capuchon
d'étanchéité Z 2035 /. . . .
La calotte « C » se remplit de matière
qui sert alors d'isolant.

En cas de montage en tant que buses
centrale (seulement D = 32 et 45), un
rayon de profondeur de max. 3mm
peut être réalisé suivant les nécessitées
constructives.
Son installation comme buse centrale
est recommandée exclusivement pour
le traitement des matières plastiques
avec une grande marge de tempéra -
tures d'exploitation.
Un arrêtage de la buse est possible
avec une tête de buse aplatit.
Le chemin de câble peut selon les
besoin soit être posé dans la zone de
la tête de buse (A1), soit centré (A2).
