2. Manual update of each equipment
- On the FONESTAR website you can download the fi rmware updates for each unit in the SOFTWARE tab
in the following links:
- https://fonestar.com/es/AIP-3010
- https://fonestar.com/es/AIP-4010
- https://fonestar.com/es/AIP-1020
- https://fonestar.com/es/AIP-GATE
- https://fonestar.com/es/AIP-SPL
- Copy the update fi le to the root of a USB storage device or SD card (only available on AIP-3010 and
AIP-4010):
- AIP-3010:
+ Insert the USB or SD storage device into the front of the device.
+ The next step can be carried out in 2 ways:
- By means of the front button panel and with the equipment switched on:
+ Press OK to enter the menu.
+ Press the DOWN button until the software option and press OK.
+ Press OK again to select "System Update".
+ Select USB or SD and press OK again.
- Recovery mode:
+ Switch on the device and press and hold the OK button for 30 seconds until the
- AIP-4010:
+ Insert the USB or SD storage device into the front of the device.
+ Switch on the equipment
- AIP-1020:
+ Insert the USB storage device into the side of the device.
+ Switch on the equipment
- AIP-SPL:
+ Insert the USB or SD storage device into the front of the device.
+ Simultaneously, switch on the equipment and press and hold down the blue button shown in the
picture.
- AIP-GATE:
+ Insert the USB storage device into the rear panel of the equipment
+ Switch on the equipment
display indicates that the update fi le is being searched for.
