STEP 3:
Attach the tongue assembly (1) to the tank assembly (2) using two M10X1.5X110 hex bolts (3), two M10 washers (4) and
two M10X1.5X10 nuts (5), Tighten. Install manual tube (7) using 1/4 NC X 3/4 screws (6).
STEP 4:
Make sure the rear stand is deployed with lock pin in place. Stand the beam (2) up on end. Two people may be
needed for this step to ensure safety. Make sure that the beam is stable and on a level surface. Install the bushing (3)
in slot toward rear of tongue. Roll the tongue/ tank assembly (1) into position between the two tabs on the beam. Install
1/2" bolt (4) through beam pivot and bushing. Install 3/8" washer (5) and 3/8-16 nut (6). Tighten nut to remove excess
play but still allow beam to pivot and slide. Install debris shield (10) to debris shield bracket (11) using nut (8) and screw
(9). Install debris shield (10) with debris shield bracket (11) and hose guide channel (12) using nut (8) and screw (7).
